1. Quality Control Our quality management system covers every stage of production, including:
- Raw material inspection and verification;
- Chemical composition analysis;
- Heat treatment process control;
- Hardness testing (surface and volumetric hardness);
- Impact toughness and wear performance testing when applicable;
- Dimensional inspection and surface quality inspection;
- Final product inspection before shipment.
All products are manufactured according to agreed technical specifications and applicable industry standards.
2. Quality Documentation Upon request, we can provide relevant quality documents, including but not limited to:
- Mill Test Certificate (MTC);
- Technical Data Sheet (TDS);
- Chemical composition report;
- Hardness test report;
- Inspection and testing records;
- Other quality documents agreed in the sales contract.
3. Product Warranty We warrant that our grinding media products will conform to the agreed specifications and quality requirements stated in the quotation, purchase order, technical agreement, or contract.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues caused by non-conforming production processes.
The warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Improper storage, handling, or transportation after delivery;
- Incorrect application or operating conditions of the grinding equipment;
- Excessive wear resulting from different mill conditions, ore characteristics, or operating parameters;
- Normal wear during product usage.
4. Quality Claims Procedure If any quality issue occurs, clients should notify us in writing within a reasonable period after discovery, providing relevant information, including:
- Purchase order details;
- Product specifications and batch information;
- Description of the quality issue;
- Photos, test reports, or other supporting evidence when available.
We will cooperate with clients to investigate the issue and provide a reasonable solution based on technical analysis and mutual agreement.
